Saint Simeon of Thessalonica is well known for his liturgical writings. His most famous work is Against All Heresies. This tome is made up of two treatises, one regarding doctrine and another on the liturgy and sacraments. We celebrate Saint Simeon of Thessalonica's feast day on September 15.
